Overview

WishCake (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the WishCake mobile application.

Information we do not collect

WishCake does not collect:

Names
Email addresses
Phone numbers
Physical addresses
Contacts
Photos or videos from your device
Camera or microphone data
Precise location data
Advertising identifiers
Social media accounts

We do not require user accounts or sign-ups.

User input and generated content

When you use WishCake, you may enter text descriptions (“prompts”) to generate cake designs.

Prompts are used only to generate images.
Prompts are not linked to your identity.
Prompts are not used for advertising or profiling.
Generated images are used only within the app experience.

Device identifiers

WishCake may use a non-personal, app-generated device identifier to track available credits, prevent abuse, and associate purchases with the correct device.

This identifier is not linked to personal identity.
This identifier is not shared with third parties.
It cannot be used to track you across apps or websites.

In-app purchases

WishCake supports in-app purchases. Purchase verification is handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store payment card details. Transaction data is used only to validate purchases and update credits.

Third-party services

WishCake uses third-party services to operate core functionality:

AIImage generation

Text prompts may be sent to AI services to generate images. No personal information is sent. Data is processed only to fulfill the requested generation.

INFRAHosting & logs

We may use backend infrastructure providers to host the service. Basic technical logs may be collected for stability and abuse prevention. These logs do not contain personal data.

Data storage

Generated images may be temporarily stored to enable viewing and downloading. We do not guarantee permanent storage and may remove stored images for maintenance or policy reasons.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with advertisers or marketers. Data is shared only when required to process image generation, verify purchases, and maintain app functionality.

Children’s privacy

WishCake is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. No accounts or personal profiles exist within the app.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. However, no system is 100% secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the app means acceptance of the updated policy.
